It couldn’t be the format because it’s just a standard video I recorded from my phone directly from my camera roll and if they had a feature to upload direct from the camera roll, the file format should not be the problem so I’m assuming it was the size of the video. I tried to video that was 90 seconds - ERROR. I tried to video that was 45 seconds - ERROR. Finally, I tried to video that was 16 seconds long - ERROR. At that point I gave up. By the way, each time I attempted to process the videos from my photo album, it deducted dubbing credits from my account, even though the videos never processed.
