I have not used the app at all, and I followed all the correct steps. It’s been over a week and still no refund or real response – only automated emails. This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to paying users. I will be reporting this to Apple and consumer protection. However, my credit card continues to be charged monthly by “SP Language Courses / Bright Mobile Apps” outside of Apple billing. I cannot log into the app because it says my account is deleted, and there is no way to cancel inside the app. This looks like unauthorized recurring charges.
