## What is Speak2Health?

Speak like you normally do. Your device turns it into Health app data.

Speak2Health lets you log health information like blood pressure, temperature, hydration, weight, symptoms, and more just by speaking. No tiny fields, no hunting for the right Health type: just say what happened and save it to Health app with a tap.

Why it’s different:

- Built for “hard to track” data: Home cuff blood pressure, thermometer readings, hydration, waist measurements, calories, and symptoms like headache or nausea.

- Understands natural speech: “Home cuff says 128 over 82,” “temp’s 100.4, feeling chills,” or “two cups of water with lunch” are all recognized.

- Saves straight to Apple Health: Each note is mapped to the right Health type so your doctor and other apps see structured data, not just text.

- Unit‑aware by design: Pounds or kilos, miles or kilometers, cups or milliliters—even when you don’t say the units, it works the way you speak.

- Private and offline: Speech recognition and AI run on your device, powered by Apple Intelligence. Your data stay on your device.
