Two of my kids had speech therapy as older kids, and it is so awesome that I have this app to help me give my youngest kid a head start! I tried their “chat” to resolve it, and no one is available!! Nobody to talk to, and no one has responded to my emails. An absolutely scam and waste of money. Now, I have to dispute the charge with my bank and wait two weeks for a refund! This is absolutely terrible, and I would NEVER recommend this app to anybody.
