This is the second one of jbl I bought, I liked it except for battery life is limited but the sound is outstanding so I keep it plugged in. This last issue I can’t get passed so Im returning it. Not cool! *2023-06-12* Bluetooth connected to my computer right away but device doesn’t even show up on my iPhone. Device is not connected to my computer but still doesn’t show on the phone. Is this because the phone has “the app” and the computer doesn’t? It would be a lot easier to figure out what’s going on if the ads would at least stop until I’m connected. On my computer the buds couldn’t sync audio & video so I thought I’d see it they’d do better with my phone.
