## What is Speaker Tracker?

Originally created to use at meetings of a local council, SpeakerTracker has the following features:
- displays three lists for use during a debate:
   - all those who have not spoken
   - those who have indicated they wish to speak
   - those who have spoken or are speaking
- displays a timer so that speeches can be timed
- speech times can be kept for each speaker
- a full meeting can be recorded and report created

The secretary or chairperson can easily add names to the list of those waiting to speak.  The order on the list can be changed.

The secretary or chairperson can easily see who has already spoken, which is important if the meeting's rules limit speakers to just one speech in a debate.

First let me start by saying that this the only app on Appstore that does Meetings Management and assist you while chairing a meeting. 
The new version took my previous comments into consideration.
It is now complete and very efficient for meeting management and easy to use while chairing a committee or a session. 
If you chair sessions... try it you wont be disappointed. 

I would only add one option: the one time speaking (although their is the speak again option) should be optional and give the choice to the speaker to make it once or several time.

**Developer response:** Version 2 provides the ability to record the time of each speaker and to publish a report of all speaking times for a whole meeting.  In addition, there is a facility for recognising amendments during a debate on a motion. Developer's email has been added to the app info.
