The app forces to to create an account, only to tell you that there is an error logging in. I’m stuck in an infinite loop to hell.

This app is sooo non-intuitive and annoying.  Most examiners are over 50 and this is enough to have them leaping from exam room windows.  Their blood is on your hands for making such a useless app.
