We've made thoughtful improvements to help you build a consistent reflection practice:

• Notifications enabled by default - Gentle daily reminders to check in with yourself (customize or disable in Settings)

• Optional "Time to Write" reminder - Set a second notification for when you're ready to reflect (great for evening writing!)

• Keep questions until ready - New setting to retain questions until you answer them, instead of advancing daily

• Power through when inspired - Tap "Next Question" to continue your journey when insights are flowing

• Better history context - See when you actually answered each question for clearer reflection tracking

• Polish & improvements - Cleaner progress indicators, better text editor, smoother experience

All your existing reflections are preserved and safe. Everything stays private on your device.
