解約したくてもできずにずっと引き落とされている。★1も付けたくない。

いつでも解約できるのでお試しで契約。その後あんまり合わないので解約したのに請求がくる。アプリ上は解約となっているのにカード引き落としされる。止められない。詐欺アプリ。最悪。

J’ai payé et rien n’apparaît dans mes IPhone/Réglages/ Abonnements. Je n’ai aucune trace du paiement sur le site de ma banque. Et sur l’application: aucune trace de mon abonnement. 
Quand je vais sur l’appli pour l’utiliser, on me demande de payer encore et je ne peux pas l’utiliser du tout. 
Pouvez-vous me dire ce qu’il se passe?

I’m learning Russian, and when I speak it, the AI often regards my speech as other languages. The interpretation has to be aligned with the language being studied

Unuasable. It just repeats what I say and rambles on in advanced Japanese that I cannot understand. Absolutely worthless. My 2 cents.
FOLLOW UP:  I have been studying Japanese.  Just got back from Japan a couple of months ago.  I wanted something more “conversational”…. To improve.   Gave this app a try.  The APP is not capable of being “conversational” in a training environment.  I learned nothing… other than this app was not helpful to me.

Las situaciones de enseñanza muy repetitivas y poco configurares. La comprensión por parte de la IA es muy cuestionable. Además no permite periodos de prueba por días salvo 24 horas de devolución del dinero de forma excepcional. Aún así, les escribes y nadie contesta.

ブリティッシュ英語を習得したくて課金、利用中です。AIチューターの話し方や発音、単語の選び方は良いと思うのですが、こちらの話した英語を韓国語にされたり、私の発音が悪くて誤認したまま話を深掘りして行くのをどうやって止めるのか悩んでいます。
基本、chatGPTと同じですね。
ところで、と他の話題にして私が質問したいのに。
あと、絵文字を読んでるようなsmileyとかsmoothieとかいらない言葉を省けませんかね…
発音認識精度も上げてほしいです。

Pour ma part je n’ai eu aucun soucis. Juste au début pour me connecter sur un autre appareil mais le support a été très réactif et m’a aidé donc je peux me connecter sur plusieurs appareils avec mon compte à vie. Je n’ai pas comparé avec d’autres applications mais ent ou cas ça m’aide à progresser

Since I’m using an iPad, I’d be happy if it also supported landscape mode. Anyway, this app is amazing! I’ve been looking for a British English AI tutor for a long time. This app offers so many courses and allows me to enjoy conversations. I always take online English lessons, but I’ve often felt frustrated because I couldn’t express myself well. I want to improve my output skills with this app and challenge myself with online English lessons again. Thank you!
