Auf meinen IPhone schreibt die App weiß auf weißem Hintergrund, also unlesbar. Es gibt auch kein Menü, wo ich das umstellen kann unter Einstellungen.

**Developer response:** Hallo Yodahard,

es gibt keinen Fehler in der App oder ihrer Einstellung. Der Grund, warum Sie Weiß auf Weiß im Textfeld sehen, liegt an Ihren persönlichen iPhone-Einstellungen. Um dies zu beheben, wählen Sie einfach unter Einstellungen -> Anzeige & Helligkeit -> „Hell” bei „Erscheinungsbild” (statt „Dunkel”) und deaktivieren Sie die „Automatisch” Option. 
Eine Umgehung über ein spezielles Menü in der App für diesen Fall ist leider nicht möglich. So funktioniert das bei iPhones.

Sorry but I expect a paid all to be ad-free. I don't want my kids to use Apps with advertising.
At least the developer could offer an ad-free subscription/version with a higher price.

**Developer response:** UPDATE: as from version 1.7 released on April 2025, Ads have been removed from the App.

We are sorry that it is not to your content that we use small ads in our speakton App. The App is sold for a very low price and is a one-time purchase. 
Much of dedication and hard work has been put into this App in order to offer unique features such as thousands of real audio recording of words, search based on phonetic transcriptions and more. We keep the price as low as possible. In order to continuously offer these services, we added small ads to it.
We do our best to control the content of the small ads to be appropriate. As noted in the Privacy section, you can also customize the ads shown by yourslef.

Eine wirklich sehr gute und gelungene App: sie ist sehr übersichtlich und die Funktionen des Anhörens und der Transkription und der Punktierung  sind wirklich super hilfreich, was es bei vielen anderen Apps nicht gibt. Dadurch ist sie super praktisch für Anfänger, aber auch für Fortgeschrittene mit großem Wortschatz ist sie sehr nützlich. Vielen Dank!

Great App to find the right vocabulary and got the information how to pronounce it. Also easy to figure out what Hebrew written word mean. I really can recommend it! By the way what commercial?
