## What is Spearo Apnea?

Spearo Apnea is a standalone Apple Watch app for freediving and apnea training. Train with scientifically-designed breath-hold tables including CO2 Tolerance, O2 Deprivation, Square Breathing, Pranayama, Pyramid, and advanced protocols. Track your progress with real-time heart rate monitoring from HealthKit, SpO2 estimation, contraction counting, and an Apnea Score after every session. Level up through an XP system, unlock achievements, and sync your data across devices with Firebase.
