## What is Spearo Breath?

Spearo Apnea is breath-hold training built for spearfishers and freedivers. Run the classic CO2 and O2 tables on your iPhone or Apple Watch, track every contraction, and watch your holds grow week by week.

TRAIN WITH PROVEN TABLES
• CO2 tables to build tolerance: Classic, Progressive, Pyramid, No-Contraction, Wonka and One-Breath
• O2 tables to extend your max hold
• Breathing sessions and a guided breathing pacer
• Tables sized to your own baseline hold, so every session fits where you are now
• Build your own custom tables

A CLEAR, CALM TIMER
• Big countdown with hold, rest and total time at a glance
• Tap to mark contractions during each hold
• Voice cues and tones so you can close your eyes and relax
• Pause, skip or end a round any time — finished rounds are kept

YOUR PERSONAL COACH (PRO)
• A weekly plan built from your own sessions
• Today's suggestion on the Home screen, with rest days built in
• AI-built tables matched to your level

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
• Session scores, best hold and weekly trends
• Levels, XP, badges and training streaks
• Full session history with notes and effort ratings

WORKS WITH YOUR WATCH
• Train on Apple Watch with the Spearo Apnea watch app and your sessions sync to your phone
• One account across phone and watch

TRAIN SAFELY
Spearo Apnea is for dry training only. Never practise breath-holds in water without a trained buddy watching you, and stop at the first sign of dizziness or tingling. The app asks you to accept these safety rules before your first session.

APNEA PRO
Start with a 15-day free trial of every table and the Coach. After the trial, Apnea Pro keeps all 13 tables — including FRC, lung stretching, endurance and max attempt — and the Coach. Available monthly or yearly.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
