App constantly crashes, DVR playback rarely works, not a clean interface. Reading the reviews everyone mentions the crashing of the app. If the developers cared at all they’d fix it. They haven’t. Stay away from their products. ### 1/5 — Junk *2019-10-01, version 4.11.004* This app is absolutely junk! Try to view cameras and app force closes every time! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that’s the least I can give. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly! *2019-09-26, version 4.11.004* I have an Iphone X and sometimes I have to launch the app three times just to get it started. Sometimes if I am lucky I can view my cameras for 30 seconds before it crashes. I even tried removing the app and re-adding it. However, it wont run on the iPhone for more than a minute without crashing. I’ve tried it on other iPhones in my household & it’s the same problem. A couple years back the same problem occurred on the iPad but you solved it. Still can’t connect with the app. Deleted and reinstalled the app and can’t reconnect with it. Once settings are loaded you can never change them. You can change them, save your setting, and they instantly revert back to original settings. Programming was wrote, never tested, launched, and never updated. How do I know this? Because it never works.
