It’s a simplified learning management tool that allows you to send video, audio, files and an accompanying quiz out to remote employees for their viewing and feedback. For a remote team, SPECT can provide small training reminders, product updates or new messaging in a convenient, “view-it-when-you-can” format with a casual, fun feedback loop to confirm your key points have been accurately communicated.
