## What is Spectator Judging?

Spectator Judging enables fans to get in the judge’s seat and create audience scores and rankings in real-time during the competitions.

Co-innovated with SAP and created as a revolutionary new idea with CHIO Aachen in 2013 to let the audience become personally engaged in the judging of dressage and vaulting tournaments, Spectator Judging meanwhile has become a highly welcomed fan offering at forward-thinking tournaments of all sizes up to the FEI World Cup Dressage Series.

In 2017, Black Horse One and SAP, the market leader in enterprise application software, have joined forces bundling their expert knowledge in technology and fan engagement to present the new ‘Spectator Judging’ app – powered by SAP technology.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Choose between one of the following modes:
· full mode: Full movement by movement scoring
· short mode: Shortened test sheet
· quick-mode: Single end result
· young horses-mode: three marks for the gaits, one for the submission and one for the perspective

Compare your results to the average of other spectators and to the scores of the official judges and help to make dressage events even more exciting!

Event organisers may restrict which of these options are possible.

### 2/5 — Funktioniert nicht wie es soll!

Wir wollten bei den bundeschampionaten mitbewerten, jedoch ist es nicht möglich! Wenn dransteht Startzeit 9:10 Uhr kann man den Reiter der um diese Uhrzeit STARTET, also noch nicht geritten ist, danach nicht mehr bewerten. Bin sehr enttäuscht, die App hat mal besser funktioniert.

Leider laden die Starter oft nicht. Ganz aktuell Pferd International - konnte kaum eine Prüfung mit richten. Hab die App extra neu gedownloaded, auch dann ging es nicht.

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Prüfungen für die League werden nicht angezeigt. Schuld ist laut Support, natürlich man selbst. Man habe keine stabile Verbindung, keine aktuelle Version und und und. Fehler bei sich selbst suchen? Fehlanzeige. Absolute Zeitverschwendung. Samt unprofessionellen Verhalten des Kundendienstes.

wir waren in der Halle Münsterland und sollten Kostüme bewerten, um mich drum herum gab es keinen, bei dem die App nach der Freigabe nicht unendlich geladen hat. Ganz viele haben dann einfach nicht mehr abgestimmt. Ich kam dann irgendwann kurz vor dem Ende ins System rein, habe auch eine Auswahl treffen können, aber als ich dann in der Bestätigung geschaut habe, war nur die erste Auswahloption für mich bestätigt worden von der App. Somit wurde das gesamte Ergebnis verfälscht.. Auch das Ergebnis war sehr merkwürdig, da 50 % für die erste Option gestimmt haben.

Die App müsste für mich folgende Kriterien erfüllen, damit 5* gegeben werden:

-insbesondere bei Reitpferdeprüfungen wäre es schön, wenn eingegebene Wertnoten gespeichert werden würden, auch wenn ich auf ein anderes Pferd der Abteilung klicke. Ist die Trabtour vorbei, würde ich gerne alle drei Pferde bewerten können und nicht beim Wechsel auf das nächste meine Daten verlieren 

-mit der Zeit gehen: es gibt in Jungpferdeprüfungen nicht mehr nur Wertnoten in 0,5er Schritten. Bitte ermöglichen, dass hier genauso eine bspw 8,3 auf den Trab vergeben werden kann. 

Gerade für das Bundeschampionat, wo die App sehr viele Zuschauer nutzen, wären die beiden Punkte fürs nächste Jahr sehr hilfreich 😊

Use to work fine most of the time, but no longer goes past the login page the last two months despite reloading the application multiple times. Tried all the login options.

Anfangs funktionierte die App wirklich gut, seit einigen Tagen leider gar nicht mehr. Wenn ich die App öffne, erscheint das Ladezeichen und hört nicht auf, zwischenzeitlich wurde ich dann rausgeworfen. Neu anmelden konnte ich mich, Datenschutzbestimmungen konnte ich auch anklicken - danach ging’s dann wieder mit dem Laden der Seite los. 

Schade, die App hat an sich wirklich Potenzial!

Really sad to say that when I went to launch the app for the first time, it would only let me check 2 boxes, and log in through Facebook. It would then proceed to bring me back to the check sheet. I couldn’t get past this verification page to see the rest of the app and what it may’ve had to offer

Eine Bewertung kann ich leider nicht abgeben, da die App nicht einmal startet.
Nach Login lädt die App und lädt und lädt, aber nichts passiert. Weiter wie über die Seite mit Akzeptierung der Datenschutzbestimmungen und der Versicherung, dass man älter als 16 Jahre ist, kommt man nicht.
