## What is Spectra ESS App?

Employee Self Service is an increasingly prevalent trend in human resources and workforce management with many benefits for both the employer and the employee. The app offers unified platform wherein employee can monitor his/her own attendance records, can apply for leave, tour, outdoor duty etc. Approvers can take necessary action on these applications from the app itself. The employee gets instant notification if an application is approved or rejected. The app uses various policies and approval workflows of the attendance management software thus providing a unified experience. 
You need to get invitation code form your system administrator in order to use the app. Please get the invitation code from your system administrator if you haven’t received any.

This app requires continuous location permission even when you're not actively using the app. Without the permission it doesnt work at all. This raises privacy concerns.

The ess app is so pathetic that it freezes whenever try to start/end my day, it just freezes and don’t let me do anything.
Battery gets drained out by app.
It never takes exact location and also battery estimation is always wrong.
If you want to have good tie ups with corporates, then hire some good developer and testers to sort out the issues.
Wish i could give you 0 stars.
