Can’t get the lights to map no matter what. App can’t find devices most of the time. I spent a lot of money on these lights that need the app to be worth the money. Now what? You can’t even get help. You can’t even try to google help.

So hard to believe this is built on Twinkly. Twinkly is polished and user friendly. This app is buggy, lacks basic functionality, and is all around a pain to use. There needs to be some serious work here to make this user friendly. If your installers use this app, it might be best to ask for another controller until the kinks get worked out.

Every time I try to connect it to my Wi-Fi  it’s effects my internet. And I have to shut it down and start over. But messed up my all other devices. Reboot it. Can’t figure it out. My lights are lite on the tree but device not found ,,,
