Can I get a refund I thought it would be way better and I could hear the responses but I can’t hear much at all it switches way too fast and I would like a refund

I can’t make out anything at all how do I play it back or slow it down is there easier way? I had it going and all these voices and stuff came through at once this is my first time using a ghost box of any kind too so I’d appreciate some advice
