There should be way more support than what is available. This should be fixed ASAP. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2024-08-04, version 1.2* This app crashes all the time. The month the app crashed before I could check in at least 3 times before successfully checking in and for the past two days it’s in a cycle of crashing and you can’t check in at all and have to check in via other methods. Glitches a lot ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2024-05-17, version 1.2* App may need an update y’all, it keeps crashing (closing on me) Yesterday I went to test and after was trying to put in my COC code and after I entered it and saved it, the app suddenly closed on me but when I reopened it, it seemed like it saved. But this morning when I went to check in it wanted me to re-enter the COC code from my form. I’ve also had problems when I try to check in and it closes on me and doesn’t check me in. Please fix this. My license depends on the dependability of this app. ### 1/5 — Award *2024-05-07* This company wins the award for “most costly-plus-unhealthy habit in my life.” I am actually paying money for this nonsense. I no longer blame the impersonal app, but the parasites behind it. They make their living off people who are forced to use their services. Of course they don’t care about the app! Poor accountability leads to poor performance. Sometimes I think the world is becoming a better place due to technology. It’s slow. It crashes. This Affinity company needs to invest in a better app or they may lose they’re contracts. The people that have to use this app are usually at the bottom of the totem poll, that’s why this problem still hasn’t been fixed. Affinity don’t sleep, fix this app or a better provider might come along and do the better job we deserve. I walked into location where app sent me and non affiliated clerk didn’t know where Labcorp moved to. Phone number in app for the location was disconnected. I just had to delete the app due to it being in a frozen loop. Wish me luck. The sample collecting price schedule is not as advertised. Boooo…. lol Sad to see same score and reviews have not changed from years ago. ### 1/5 — Sketchy privacy issues *2021-03-20, version 1.2* Do not install this app. They haven’t provided apple with their data collection/privacy uses. Log in on the website, from a secure browser or better yet a VPN if you don’t want them knowing what all kinds of websites you visit. It’s like they created it with the first iOS and never updated it. Laggy, glitchy, crashes, drop menus don’t work. You’d think with the outrage drug screen costs they could afford to update their app. ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-11-18, version 1.7.2* Horrible app and company. Charges you triple what regular drug screening costs. Takes nearly 2 weeks for results and answers. You request a copy of your results and they don’t send them, you just have to trust what they say, they won’t tell you the specific labcorp it was sent to. Doesn’t call you for anything, simply inputs it into the app that they don’t send you an alert for despite notifications being on. Can’t call and get ahold of anyone, you have to leave a voice message and wait for hours sometimes days to hear a response and it’s always “we have forwarded this to our manager”, still will not hear back for days. You would after spending hundreds of dollars a month they would be prompt and professional, but nope. Just another way for these monitoring programs to state they’re all about recovery but in reality they’re all about the money. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible *2025-07-25, version 1.7.0* A good half of the times I try to open it, it fails for no reason and I have to restart it. However it crashes on opening about 50% of the time. Worse than that, it crashes after passcode or face id and asks for passcode or face id again and again in an endless loop. The only fix is to restart the phone. This can be especially annoying if you are in a hurry or if you have already signed into a meeting and are trying to end the meeting and get credit while it starts the loop behavior. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. ### 2/5 — Frequent crashes *2023-03-04, version 1.2* Not that this review is likely to change anything (you’re probably forced to use it if you’re reading this). But the app crashes on opening literally 50% of the time; you have to reopen it to get it to work.
