App currently not working ### 1/5 — pointless *2026-04-02, version 10.0* I registered for my account, with my information but it never led me to create an account password, I have a payment due but I can’t even access my own account because 1. I can’t reregister 2. can’t”Forget Password” because I never had one in the first place. They could at least make an app that wasn’t on par with apps made for the iPhone 3 in 2010. It has pop up m messages about disability access that block the entire screen and you can’t close them or see what you are trying to do and half the buttons don’t work. I had to close th app and reopen it multiple times just to fumble my way through this pile of complete garbage. ### 1/5 — App DOES NOT WORK! *2025-09-24, version 9.0.2* No wonder why rating is so low! After you successfully created login information, the app does not recognize it, when you try to log in. The worst app ever! ### 1/5 — Sub-Par App *2025-09-21, version 9.0.2* Ongoing frustration 1 & 2 - 1)This app is so difficult to navigate to clearly verify what is owed for the current monthly payment. It lists payment history from oldest to most recent and includes all upcoming payments owed for the calendar/fiscal year. This results in showing an outstanding balance that includes future months. It’s so poorly structured. That information could/should be available if sought, on a different menu tab. It shouldn’t be so hard to verify what you owe for the month, and whether or not you’ve already made the payment for a given billing period. 2) Trying to communicate with anyone at the property management office through this app is a nightmare. Document access & attachments are inconsistent, correspondence through the app is spotty at best, and often results in the user just going in circles trying to locate what they need. I often end up beyond frustrated and just end calling them directly. New issue - when trying to log into the app, a strange window, full of computer script, pops up with no discernible information (for the avg person) to resolve the pop up and successfully login. I tried my actual password, facial recognition, and even went to the App Store to make sure I had the latest updated version of this terrible app. Nothing corrected the problem and I still can’t get logged in!! One would think with as much as the convenience/service fee for online payments continues to increase, at least some of those charges would go towards maintaining and building a better app!! Make It Make Sense! ### 1/5 — Can’t ever log in *2025-07-30, version 9.0* Worst app and property manager our neighborhood has had. Hope they get investigated and held accountable in a class action lawsuit or something. If you can even find a way to pay you still pay a processing fee. Trash ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2025-07-10, version 8.6.1* While using the app it asks you to download the app but never actually uses the app. Asks you to register repeatedly even if you are logged into your account on the app. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-07-03, version 8.6.1* Every time I use this, I end up having to call them. Today, in order to find out how to request an exterior painting approval, I had to call in order to find out why I couldn’t log in. Later, after getting help from Brian, who was very helpful and helped me change my registration in order to log in, when I went to the site to fill out the approval to make changes, I used the app and it continued to tell me to use the app while I was trying to bring it up on the app! So frustrating!! I even deleted the app and added it again, and had the same issue, thereby having to call Spectrum again and sit on hold! I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes and am still holding. A total waste of time! ### 1/5 — I’d rather get dental work done without anesthetic *2025-07-02, version 8.6.1* Buggy, slow, and the password reset feature will tell you that there’s already an account registered with your email and that no account is associated with your email at the same time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t load/open *2025-06-26, version 8.6.1* Terrible application. Doesn’t load/open. Just crashes on its own. HOA fee is coming up. Thought if I delete then reload- still terrible. Examples… the font must be 24 or larger, so large that your whole 6 letter name doesn’t fit on the screen n the screen doesn’t move to let u verify ANYTHING! Make a payment (mandatory or else HOA sends you letters n threats) isn’t an option cause again, the info to input doesn’t fit n the screen won’t move to allow input. Did I mention NO CONTACT NUMBER. Yeah, so u bright as well call GhostBusters. Pathetic n this is supposed to be considered a reputable business; bad joke! ### 1/5 — Cannot set up bank information *2026-05-26, version 10.0* I assume this is not ready to use app! Fee always charged either pay through credit card or bank account. So much trouble to set up bank account because there is nothing for you to select for the type. I thought I need to update the app, turn out it just not user friendly app. Disappointed! It feels like there is excessive attention to minor exterior details and constant attempts to issue violations or extra charges for the smallest things. As a homeowner, you would expect more support and practical solutions instead of constant pressure over minor cosmetic issues.
