I have an upcoming stay planned at the Beach Club and the app doesn’t recognize my name or confirmation number. No one at the resort can address this. I’ve deleted the app., re installed.. tried using my lady name in all caps, all lower case, initial letter capitalized …. Nada … null… zero confirmation. Useless for guests

We Love it at Turquoise and all the amenities. You really get your money’s worth. The staff are friendly and the condo is sooo spacious. Huge decks with your very own private hot tub and gas grill. The window view is gorgeous. We will be back over and over.
