Could not answer pages. No Face ID or fingerprint to use to log in. I don’t use any more for those reasons. ### 1/5 — Problems with iOS 13 *2019-10-30, version 2.2.0* This app has been marginal ever since we were forced to adopt it by our answering service. With IOS 13, now it won’t allow voice dictation for creating messages. Now I have to dictate a message into the Notes app, then cut and paste into the app message window. Also doesn’t support use of apostrophes, quotation marks or line breaks. Messages look like the author is illiterate. Lack of ability to tweak the alert tone is also an issue. I can’t imagine it would be that hard to address these and the other issues brought up in the other reviews. ### 1/5 — Can’t hear it *2019-10-26, version 2.2.0* 1) you can’t control the volume of alert 2) you can’t put it on vibrate 3) it’s absolutely the worst app for messaging I’ve seen 4) look elsewhere this isn’t what anyone needs ### 1/5 — Horrible- Twistle is better *2018-11-15, version 2.2.0* Do user interface for this will bring back your nostalgia for the 1980s. Set up is difficult and our cake. Very one dimensional. Twistle is a superior app and service. Saves a lot of time. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2017-12-20, version 2.2.0* This app had the best of ease to use and is perfect for me in every way. ### 4/5 — Capable secure messaging app *2014-09-25, version 1.6* There are better HIPAA-compliant messaging apps out there (ie. TigerText), but this one is very capable, and I have no reservations about recommending it. Pros: Simple & intuitive interface. Allows me to text back my answering service staff. The address book is pushed to the app, so it mustn’t be built from scratch. Cons: It doesn’t support attachments (PDFs, EKG tracings, photos, x-rays). Occasional connection errors. Replies sent to texts aren’t “threaded”, so following a conversation is difficult. ### 3/5 — Cool concept, needs some upgraded *2018-07-27, version 2.2.0* There definitely should be options in terms of volume control and alarm options. Also, the notifications are not consistent when you receive a message, so I highly recommend setting up the option where you ALSO receive a text notification. ### 2/5 — Notifications broken *2019-11-08, version 3.0.7* The most recent update broke notifications. I no longer get a sound, a banner or a badge even though all 3 are turned on. Useless as an on call doc. ### 2/5 — It’s ok *2019-04-26, version 2.2.0* Lacks a lot of features to customize it - logs out automatically after five minutes and you cannot change this.
