The app on its own is easy to use and functional.  However you can never get the data to sync correctly.  Photos do not upload correctly and change format during upload.  You better never need tech support because there isn’t any worth talking about.  Slow to respond and usually advise you to uninstall and reinstall or log out and back in.  Have lost countless days of work due to the app not connecting and updating information.

This is one of the worst dispatching tools I’ve ever used. Effective and clear communication is almost impossible and separate emails/notes are always necessary. There’s no way to organize open tickets. There’s no way to clearly ‘flag’ or highlight a ticket if additional actions are required (proposals, follow up visits etc). Job reports are painfully unintuitive and information-lacking for the customer. You might as well write down what you did and forward it to the office.

The developers of this app desperately need to perform some quality of life updates. App is riddled with issues and runs very poorly.

This app has the capability to be great but the support from Spectrum is little to none. The constant log in/out delete the app gets old especially after more than a year of using it. Was even told at one point “it gets better as time goes on” actually it has gotten worse and the annoyance of the constant issues with time, photos not loading, syncing issues, missing notes is ridiculous. I would not recommend this app to any company looking for a simpler way to keep track of work orders.

On more than one occasion my work order notes have been randomly wiped causing me to get grief from work over missing notes that I absolutely had in the system. Again on more than one occasion this has happened with zero explanation. I now have to type notes up in a separate document and transfer them. This is frustrating.

After using service channel. Service Tech is a clunky dinosaur. Pictures and wo notes don’t always sync.. it get confused if using an IPhone and IPad. It is hard to for 2 techs to be on 1 Wo.. the time keeper is just as bad. Hours don’t line up adds and subtracts hours at will.

I hope the developers spent their money wisely, because they sure don’t seem to be putting money into trying to fix the AP

This is quite possibly the worst application and system that I have ever worked with. I waste so much time trying to get the app to sync with the web system. The delay is mind boggling. I can’t say enough how much this app in general is worthless.

Does not do any notifications. Techs do not get updated when they get dispatched or a change in their schedule. 
Desktop is impossible to use smoothly for developing maintenance agreements and properly dispatch.
