The app currently is not functioning at all and there is no support desk. My advice to any companies looking for a service like this for their employees do not use spectrum life, appalling. ### 1/5 — Isn’t working at all *2026-07-30* Tried installing it twice and no links are working at all. I can change between tabs, but that is all. Can’t even open setting, does absolutely nothing. Doesn’t remember when I select ‘don’t show again’. ### 2/5 — Lots of potential, but too many bugs *2025-07-20* There seems to be many issues with the app. The content seems ok (on the face of it), but when you click on the content tile you get a message “Oops, There’s an error. TypeError: Cannot read property ‘colour’ of undefined”. This seems to be a common theme throughout the app. The guided introduction is not useable, as the button is obscured by a message box. Every time you leave the app you’re immediately logged out - which is inconvenient most of the time. I can understand why this would be required on a web browser, but less so on a phone or tablet. Given the potential scale up of usage now that you’ve taken on provision for corporate clients, it’s definitely worth spending some time and effort fixing the bugs in the app, and maybe even revising the user experience.
