For some reason it crashes repeatedly. Uninstall and reinstall. Doesn’t matter. It’s broken for sure. ### 1/5 — Used to "sort of" work.. Not working iOS 16 *2022-10-18, version 3.2.0* They need to support this app, this was a CRITICAL reason we switched to Spectrum VOIP. May consider leaving if we cannot resolve this ### 1/5 — App will not open. *2022-10-12, version 3.2.0* When trying to open the APP on iPhone, the APP automatically closes. Have tried several times to delete and reinstall. ### 1/5 — Incoming calls disconnected upon pickup. *2022-08-26, version 3.2.0* This beats the purpose of this app. Hope it can be fixed immediately. #2, app does not sends out notification of voicemail. It did notify after voicemail is deleted. Wonder why it flash banner on phone to notify me of voicemail after I deleted it. ### 1/5 — Drops call on answer *2022-08-24, version 3.2.0* Simply awful… you can’t even answer a phone call without it immediately disconnecting. It’d be okay if the core functionality worked. I’d rather use traditional call forwarding at this point. ### 1/5 — Not functional *2022-02-03, version 3.1.0* Since new update, when I am on a call, I am unable to use any of the features (like dial pad, transfer, speaker, etc). It is a headache when you need to press a number to continue with a placed call and you are unable to. Very frustrating to see all these features and not be able to use them. I have to use the web version and that’s not always convenient if I’m not by my computer ### 1/5 — Same wifi issues as the other reviews have mentioned *2021-09-22, version 3.0.2* We’ve used this phone service and app in my office for about a year now and its been a disappointment. It’s inconsistent and buggy. Works one day then glitchy the next. Works on some iPhones but not others. Some calls are clear, others have a lot of static. Some voicemails and notifications are received, others never make it. Then, the next day, all the problems flop to the other users in the office. One of the specific issues we have is that incoming calls only ring ONCE on some of our iPhones, then the call disappears. There’s no way to answer the phone that quickly. We stumbled onto a fix that requires us to disconnect these phones from wifi when they're in the office. I read the other reviews here which mention a similar problem. We signed a three year contract with this company. Only two more years to go… ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2021-09-08, version 3.0.2* I was informed by a tech that in order for my app to work I have to disconnect from WiFi. He didn’t know what’s causing the issue but that it’s a known problem. This is very inconvenient. I am currently disconnected from my wifi but still cannot make outgoing calls. This app and phone system is supposed to make working remotely easier. But it’s been nothing but a headache. ### 1/5 — Not working *2021-08-19, version 3.0.2* I’ve downloaded the app since this is the service our firm is now using and I’ve have run into several problems. There was a major delay when a call would come in and when a call would come in and answered, the same call would ring numerous times to dead air so I had to delete and re add the app. Now I can not receive any calls to my phone. So the numerous calls have stopped but no longer receive calls. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2021-07-31, version 3.0.2* Can’t get setting right to use. When I travel I have to delete and reinstall. Then I learned when I traveled I have to remove it from the wifi to get it to work. Super frustrating. My office hasn’t liked it and changing to this service has made me look bad as the business manager. Don’t recommend. I’ve tried re installing with no luck. A complete waste of space. Original: Haven’t had too many problems on my Apple device. A few calls dropped over the last year. This app was my saving grace when away from the office but now it is just an app taking up space on my iPhone. I can place calls and intercom but nobody can hear me. It is as if the microphone does not work. This makes the app useless for communicating with my staff. We have checked all settings and allowed all the appropriate access to the microphone. My team has been very disappointed with the implementation of the entire phone system and now we can’t even use a simple app. Think twice before using SPECTRUMVOIP as your phone solution as it is unreliable at best. ### 1/5 — Does NOT work! *2018-07-20, version 1.2.0* Awful app to say the least. It ONLY works if the app is open and active. It kicks you out as soon as your screen turns off or if you open another app. There is an option in Settings to let the app run in the background but it does not work. Now I am having trouble seeing old texts and being able to read new incoming texts. I have to go to desktop to see and respond to texts.
