Also very easy to have it translated into Italian. But the okaybqck rate of speech needs to be slowed down, for both languages. So this would be a 5 star app, if there was a setting to slow down the rate of the recorded speech playback. Would give it a higher rating but it does not keep paragraphing when you convert to email. Dragon, also by Nuance, and upon which this may be based keeps the paragraphing. Translations not bad. Otherwise, quite good ### 4/5 — دقيق بشكل مدهش *2014-10-22, version 1.1* يعمل بشكل ممتاز في اللغة العربية ، واول تجربة بدأت بها معه بالبسملة فكانت النتيجة ممتازة ، تبعتها بسورة الضحى وهنا اعطى نتيجة حوالي ٩٠٪ من تحويل بعض كلمات الآيات بشكل صحيح ، انتقلت بعدها لسرد سطور من جمل وأمثلة فكانت النتيجة ترواح في الدقة التامة. الطبيق من حيث المبدأ ممتاز لمن يرغب بالتغريد في تويتر بالكلام عوضاً عن الكتابه او لمن يرغب كتابة رسالة بريدية بالنطق. يدعم ٤٠ لغة بما فيها العربية وهذا أفضل مافيه. I've tried this app in both languages Arabic and English. It gives around 90% accuracy on transferring speech to words. Beware, you don't see what you are speaking as it works. Essentially, you hit the record button, speak your bit, and then it translates the entire batch slowing and invisibly until its done. Only then do you get to see the numerous errors. Shuts off. ### 1/5 — Speech Recognizer HD Needs A Makeover *2015-02-16, version 1.1* This app needs to be taken down and reevaluated. I thought it could take the recording of a speech in English and give me the written text in English. It gave me about two sentences with many of the words left out, so that when I read it, it made no sense. It stopped when it wanted and then gave error messages about being unable to connect to the speech server. This app should not even be free, so the fact that it costs $3.99 is criminal. How do I get my money back? It's not even a case where I was overusing it...I just bought it to get some work done! It's very disappointing. Please take it down and improve it before trying to give away or worse yet sell it. However, after a dozen or so of recognition cycles, it started displaying an error message that states you are not authorized to use the service. I tried to email the author which required setting up an iCloud account which failed as well. It shouldn't have to be this difficult!! I HATE APPLE AND APPLE PRUDUCTS Does the author even read these reviews? I spoke naturally, gave common commands such as "comma," "new paragraph," and "full caps." Allows one to pause (stop recording) to edit within the program, and will pick up from where I position the cursor. Except for proper names, there were very few errors to correct using SA English, at any rate.
