Gives credit when nothing is done, games are useless for young kids who can’t talk or don’t understand tablets or phones. ### 1/5 — Scam!!! *2025-09-11, version 1.3.1* This is a scam! Do not download this app!!! They will start charging your Apple Pay for $39.99 a month the moment you open an app. I didn’t accept nothing, no payment terms nothing. One video keeps playing and that’s it. I have never seen anything like this!!!! This is a new era of scammers. Be sure to cancel because they make it so hard for you to do . Even when they reply in the comments they’re lying ### 3/5 — Ok *2025-07-29* Look it’s ok. It seems like the lower quality version of speech blubs. There are a lot of things that could be improved. For instance: using actual photos rather than cartoons. For a colour exercise: they bring up a green blob, and once it’s gone, ask the kid to say ‘green’. But they do so with an orange background screen: this is psychologically confusing! Keep the background green when you’re asking the kid to say ‘green’! Also one of the exercises asked my 18 month old to distinguish which was the cake between a cup cake and a cake: too advanced! They looked the same to him. It’s also UK language so there were words that were unfamiliar to him (ie trousers rather than pants/parker instead of jacket). Just good to know if you’re not in the uk. The kids they’ve filmed to repeat the words are pretty annoying and one poor girl looks like she has a black/swollen eye. The quality of filming was low and it looks like it was too dark when they filmed them. There were other confusing things too. He was shown a cartoon of two ears separate from a head. He was asked to identify ‘ears’ but He had no idea what they were because they were out of context. Body parts should be shown in context. Like ears on the side of the head, not floating in space. My son did enjoy it but it’s kind of low quality. Maybe use it while you find a better one. She can’t point and click on the objects at the 6 month age mark. The voice is monotone and not appealing to kids. All of a sudden, I cannot sign into my account and there is no account found. No one answers you in the support center. Be careful! ### 1/5 — Worst! *2026-05-18* Absolutely terrible!! I cancelled my membership and still got charged the full annual payment! Despite emailing multiple times, I’ve received zero response and my account still hasn’t been cancelled!! This is horrendous customer service and I’m still pushing for a response and money back! ### 1/5 — Beware *2026-02-12* They do not have a phone number. Only way to contact them is through email and they will never ever ever answer. They charged me for months for an app I never used because it never worked. I have several emails to them telling the app didn’t work to no avail. I had to completely close my account in order to get them to stop STEALING! ### 1/5 — Unauthorized Charge *2026-02-02, version 1.3.1* I didn’t purchase the subscription and even though they tried to charge me $39, so disappointed. What kind of scam is this? The support team does not respond in 24 hours. However there are continuous attempts to draft. You can’t cancel by apple subscription which I thought I did. By signing in there is an option to manage subscription but it doesn’t work. No response from the speech support and no other contact information. My bank explained they are located outside of the United States. ### 1/5 — Program is misleading and they would not refund *2025-11-01, version 1.3.1* I was shown an ad on Instagram for babies who were talking. I went into the app, forced me to purchase before seeing what it was about. It looks like a great app for 2 year olds but not for. My 6 month old. I requested a refund and they denied. I don’t like the way they run their company. ### 1/5 — Child didn’t respond *2025-10-17, version 1.3.1* It tells the child to say the word but my child didn’t say the word and the said good ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2025-10-13* I purchased a year subscription for $99 and then it renews in a year for $200. The graphics and set up are good but the unlocked version is misleading. The full subscription does not include any additional new activities. It has the exact same activities as the free basic program. Also there is no way to turn off the music in the settings. It also does not include a lifetime membership like the Speech Blubs app, which i bought for $99. Nonverbal children need years of speech therapy and possibly their entire life too.
