Hi I have premium yet I’m still getting ads here and there and they seem to be ads for your other apps? Pls remove them as I paid for no ads

Issue with app needs a fix

After a few minutes of using this app it will prompt me for permission to continue and I need to go to settings. This issue persists despite going to several service repairs. I love using this app for my accessibility needs and hearing, but this issue is making it hard to use.

Waiting to hear from developer.

When I initially downloaded the app, it worked pretty good. It wasn't flawless, but it did appear to work as designed. However, when I did the update, the back screen on where the text appears, instead of being black, is white. So when you speak something that's transcribed, you can't see it. I have contacted the developer and am waiting for a response. I also sent a claim in to Apple for a refund simply because the app doesn't work. Why should you be charged for something that doesn't work?
