I thought at first something else was interfering, but not the case. It’s very, very strange. It has recorded some weird stuff. ### 1/5 — Vulgar language *2019-04-19* I did a test of this before taking it to a meeting for notes and I am so glad I did! My test was just to say the Paw Patrol (a child’s cartoon if you aren’t familiar) theme song and I can’t even post a screenshot of what this app interpreted that as. In 2 lines of text there were at least 5 curse words that are very much NOT in the song, plus 90% of it was very inaccurate. I’m disappointed. I’ve been very careful to press the ‘x’ to close the ad before I can ‘save’ it but there are times that no ad appears AND the ‘save’ icon does not appear at all. My whole dictation is entirely gone and there’s no way to retrieve it. It’s just gone and I am returned to my Home Screen with nothing but very valuable time lost. My time is too valuable. I will have to try a new app. I have used this app for 2 years but am very disappointed since there ads started and I can’t take the chance of losing any more well thought out dictations. Do not tell that I just need to pay more. I should have been well-informed about the consequences re: ads. The button is so small and in between the Spacebar and the global sign that it’s really hard to get in there. I can email them to myself or just save them on my phone. So far it’s perfect for my quick notes needs. Love it. Haven’t tested how long a note can be or all of the punctuation like periods and question marks, but so far so good.
