Bonjour, du coup je fais suite à mon premier commentaire sous le nom de Zayra.T car j’ai payé avec ces deux comptes celui au nom de Zayra.T celui-ci avec lequel je rédige cet avis, je pensais que le problème sur les téléphones de ma fille était à cause du contrôle parental mais là avec mon téléphone le problème persiste. J’ai donc payé l’application on on me demande de payer encore l’achat est confirmé validé dans mon App Store dans mon compte iCloud. J’ai reçu les confirmations mais l’application ne fonctionne pas. Je n’ai pas accès au Services Premium je vous prierai de venir vers moi afin que nous puissions régler ce problème, je trouve que cette application est très intéressante et c’est vraiment dommage que je rencontre ce bug

J’ai acheter la version premium à 1,99 et le problème persiste je ne parviens pas à utiliser l’app. On me demande à plusieurs reprise d’acheter la version premium ou Apple me rappel que je l’ai déjà payé il me la télécharge à nouveau gratuitement quand je vais à nouveau sur l’app on me dit problème technique vérifier votre connexion hors je n’ai aucun problème. Pouvez vous régler se problème svp. Je tien à préciser que l’app et télécharger sur un téléphone avec autorisation parentale du coup si le problème et à cause de ça veuillez me dire comment paramétrer mon téléphone pour y remédier et s’il n’y a rien à faire veuillez me rembourser svp. I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying out a text-to-speech application, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. The app failed to deliver even the most basic functionality, leaving me frustrated and thoroughly disappointed.
