## What is Speed Alert LA?

LA's new speed cameras are going live across the city, 125 of them. Speed Alert LA tells you out loud when one is coming up and what the limit is, so you can ease off before you pass it. No looking at your phone.

USE THE MAPS APP YOU ALREADY USE
Tap Start Drive, then switch to Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. Alerts keep coming with your phone locked, through your phone or your car speakers over Bluetooth or CarPlay.

ONLY THE CAMERAS AHEAD OF YOU
Speed Alert LA knows which way you're driving, so it stays quiet about cameras behind you or on cross streets. One alert per camera, no nagging.

A HEADS-UP IF YOU'RE OVER
Going faster than the posted limit as you approach a camera? You'll hear "Slow down."

VOICES THAT SOUND HUMAN
Pick from natural-sounding voices and choose when you hear the alert: 2,000, 1,300 or 800 feet out.

EVERY CAMERA IN LA
All 125 camera locations from LADOT's official list, with the street, the speed limit and a street-level view, on a map or in a searchable list.

THE RULES, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
Fines, warning periods, school zones, help for low-income drivers and how to contest a ticket, from official City of LA and California sources.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-up. Everything runs on your phone, and your location and trips never leave it.

FREE: camera map, camera list, guide and a demo drive.
PREMIUM: voice alerts on every drive. $4.99/month with your first month free, or $49.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings.

Speed Alert LA is a reminder, not permission to speed. Always follow posted speed limits and traffic laws. Camera locations and start dates can change. Speed Alert LA is not affiliated with LADOT or the City of Los Angeles.

## Frequently asked questions about Speed Alert LA

### What is Notifs?

Notifs is a utility app designed to alert you when new content appears on your iPhone screen. It uses custom sounds and vibrations to notify you, allowing you to look away from your device.

### How does Notifs work?

You start a screen broadcast within Notifs, then switch to your desired app. When new content appears on screen, Notifs triggers your chosen sound and vibration pattern. The app processes information locally and discards it immediately.

### Does Notifs record or upload my screen activity?

No, Notifs does not record video, upload anything, or have any servers to send data to. All processing happens in your iPhone's memory and is discarded immediately.

### What are the free features of Notifs?

In the free version, Notifs allows screen monitoring and provides alerts. However, it limits you to five audible alerts per day. After this limit, alerts are still shown silently on the lock screen and reset at midnight.

### What are the subscription options for Notifs?

The app offers a subscription model that removes the daily alert limit, allowing for unlimited audible notifications. This provides full functionality without the restrictions of the free tier.

### What devices does Notifs support?

### Is Notifs suitable for all ages?

Notifs has an age rating of 4+, indicating it is suitable for a wide range of users. Its functionality is straightforward and does not involve mature content.
