The update was not meant to be for existing users. You should be able to restore from iTunes back up of your devices APPLE SUPPORT SUGGESTION Apple support advised me that the suggested would not work and suggested that the developer have a separate app identified as the 220 and 2020 yet and another app identified as a 2021 AM. I would be more than happy to pay for the 2020 app please excuse some of the typos as I dictated PREVIOUS REVIEW What a mistake just yesterday and January 3 the developer updated the app from the previous app that existed for years. The new app deleted all of the contact information but most importantly changed the entire formatting and the amount of available speed dials I am hoping that somebody knows how to contact the developer or how to revert back to the app that existed prior to January 3, 2021. Rectifying this is a goose chase. Having said that, I love the simple layout, and that you can have your 24 most-called numbers under one roof. The app is now working with the in-app purchase, you can now go to SMS and WhatsApp directly from the app to the contact and this is great, but the calls are not working correctly!! I highly recommend this app. Unlike other apps that require you to push a button once to choose the Speed Dial and then another button to call, this one does both in one button push.
