どうも、なんで役所系のアプリはわかりづらく、不親切なのか。

web版だとログインできるのにアプリ版だとログインできません。全く使えず困っています。

毎回配布物が届いてすぐにログインしようとすると、ログイン出来ない。

パスワード変更をしても、変更後のパスワードでログイン出来ない。

アプリのシステムの問題なのか、アクセス集中の負荷が低すぎるのか原因は分かりませんが、通知がきても、全然アクセス出来ず、アクセス出来るまでに時間がかかるので、全くスピードではない。これでは郵送で送ってもらった方がストレスがないです。

今後も続くのかと思うと絶望します。至急改善を要求します。
