I can’t see any words

I was really excited about this for my son who is struggling in math. He is very competitive so I wanted to see if a competitive game might help him. I can’t see any words on the app so I can’t tell what is his login, what the math problems are sp I can’t use it. Hooe others have better success at getting the words and problems visible.

Need to change font color

Text is invisible, cannot see the questions to choose the answer because it seems the color of the font matches the apps background color.
