Signing up, I made a silly mistake by entering my email wrong. That being said, I never got a confirmation email to complete the account, so I went to the app again to change my email, but all that did was send me to the beginning of the process. “Alright” I said, so I put my name in again, fixed my email, made my password again then put my phone number… But then I got a notification saying I couldn’t move forward because my phone number was already used and I have to use another phone number or contact customer service (there’s no customer service option, most likely will have to go to a website or something I’m guessing) and I don’t think it’s shocking that I only have the one phone number. Essentially, I have been barred from creating an account because my phone number was used for an account that was never fully made, completed, or registered. So far, 0/5 experience this is so stupid I genuinely can’t comprehend this, someone help me. ### 1/5 — Nice app, but… *2026-08-14, version 4.0.1* Easy to use but seems unethical, to me, that the owner of the app will not refund unused funds.
