And now when I decide to play it again, you lock all of the features behind a paywall. I don’t mind you having a premium plan, but you should still allow generous access to free stuff. For those who don’t feel like paying. Back to Iris Reading and Accelareader I go. It’s a shame since so many other speed reading apps are also paid subscription. I can get the same experience with Accelareader. **Developer response:** Hey—thanks for the honest call-out, and I’m sorry we let you down. You’re right: we recently changed pricing and some trainings shifted to Premium. That helped us keep the app ad-free and continue building new content, but maybe we didn’t leave a generous enough free path. That’s on us. We’re revisiting the free tier to restore more no-cost practice so you can train without committing. We appreciate you used to enjoy the app, and we’d love the chance to earn that spot back. Die Übungen haben einfach eine feste Geschwindigkeit und ich kann auch keine Übungen machen um mich zu dieser Geschwindigkeit hin zu trainieren. C’est simple, visuel, sans chichi, et ça semble vraiment cibler la concentration et la vitesse de lecture. Pour ceux qui galèrent avec les exams de médecine ou de droit, qui lisent du code en développement ou des rapports interminables au boulot, ou même ceux qui veulent simplement dévorer plus de livres sans se fatiguer, cette app a l’air parfaite. Le côté gamifié avec des parcours perso motive sans forcer, et l’absence de pubs c’est top (du moins en lifetime). Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement, c’est le développeur : je lui ai demandé s’il allait relancer une de ses apps, il m’a dit qu’elle ne le satisfait pas encore complètement. Il est du genre perfectionniste, pas du tout à sortir des produits à la va-vite. 👍🏻 Avec 1578 avis à 4,79/5 dans le monde entier, ça donne confiance.
