This app is a good tutorial with many of the same bits of guidance that I learned years ago. The same guidance still applies. Learn the basics and practice much and often. Too bad there is not an accompanying free app with loads of text that can be used to scroll at varying speeds applying the guidance this app has. Of course, any book can be pulled off a shelf and used to practice. Digital readers can be used too but the motion and swiping does not seem to be as effective.
