We had the price in the app +400 lek for a drive from Tirana to the airport and it was still more expensive. Il se peut que, lorsque vous saisissez votre carte sur l’application, celle-ci vous affiche « Paiement échoué, réessayer ». Vous pensez alors que le paiement n’a pas fonctionné et décidez de payer directement le chauffeur (grosse erreur). En réalité, le paiement n’aura pas forcément échoué et vous serez tout de même débité (pensez à vérifier vos e-mails). Le chauffeur vous aura donc encaissé deux fois. Lorsque vous contactez le support pour demander un remboursement, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit : aucune trace du paiement, alors que le chauffeur les a appelé pour clôturer la course. En bref, ne vous faites pas avoir et privilégiez le paiement en espèces.
