After identifying the issue, the developer fixed the issue, and personally contacted me to let me know that it had been resolved. This proves they can - most of the time. Varies greatly by time of day. I also used it to compare download speeds in Verizon, ATT and T-Mobile stores in my town; their iPhones, wifi off. Where I live, ATT won. Only suggestion: make it possible to tag each test with user input data: location, wifi or cell, etc. It can be a blank field.
