### 2/5 — Not easy to use and no user manual

Just installed speedbox on my bike and installed this app, but it’s really unclear what any of the app buttons do or whether activating “Tuning” is turning it on or off. All a bit confusing. I will work it all out, but was honestly expecting more for a box this pricey. Also no decent how to videos online and the link the the manual came up with 404 error. Come on guys!

Habe meine Speedbox B-Tuning seit Mai 2019. Hatte sie weil defekt zum umtauschen zurück geschickt. Dauerte ewig, bis Ersatz kam.
Nun zur Service-Hotline:
Der Herr, der damals immer dran war (leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht mehr, sonst würde ich ihn nennen), war eine Katastrophe! Ich wurde nur angelogen und hingehalten auf die Frage, wann ich Ersatz geliefert bekomme!? Was mir jetzt bei euren Bewerbungen auffällt ist, dass seitens des Service wieder keine Reaktion folgt! Wurden eure Anliegen behoben?
Nun noch was positives: Meine Speedbox funktioniert tadellos mit dem iPhone. Ich habe seither nie wieder ein Update gemacht, nach der Devise: Never touch a running system. Fahre immer Vollgas und habe meine Übersetzung vergrößert, dass ich die 60 km/h schaffe 🤭! Allerdings nicht lange, weil‘s sauanstrengend ist 🥵!
Fazit: Macht ehrlichen Service, dann gibt‘s auch bessere Bewertungen 😉.

Macht was es soll… Zieht aber seit einiger Zeit innerhalb von ca zwei Stunden meinen Handyakku ( I Phone 13 pro) komplett leer. Das ist echt nervig. 
Wenn ihr das in den Griff bekommt gibts mehr Sterne

Leider lässt sich der Bildschirm auf dem Smartphone nicht drehen.
Das wurde schon letztes Jahr bemängelt, bis heute keine Änderung!

Is it possible to remove the timer count down one the visual screen? It is easy to see if the bike is tuned. When there is an option i would gibe 5/5 for not seeing the tuning.

Einfach Top Speedbox, nur eine kleine Verbesserung bitte !!!
Diagnostig ist in der App nur auf Sport alles übers fahren hinterlegt, bitte um Einstellungsmöglichkeiten!!!
Fahre nur im Turbo Modus und habe keine Daten weiter drüber weil es keine Einstellungsmöglichkeiten gibt es im anderen Modus zu ändern…
Ansonsten Thx ✌️

Habe meine Geschwindigkeit nicht höher als 27 Km/h bekommen. Vielleicht mit dem nächsten Update.
Aktivierung über Schiebehilfe Taste oder Licht Taste beim Nyon gehen auch nicht.

Terrible connectivity. Not sure if it’s Bluetooth, app or the SpeedBox itself but it’s useless at this point. Not sure I’m crazy about the tunning chip either for close to $400…

Easiest app to use on my phone. Everything super obvious and self explanatory. The diagnostic panel is useful to see how well my motor (and me) is working. I would love to see the app develop further for recording journeys and routes etc. Really pleased - box has transformed my bike, great job👍

Meine Halterung ist im Querformat. Display dreht aber nicht. Für 300€+ come on 😅
Behebt das bitte. 
iPhone 13 Pro. 

Ansonsten tut es genau was es soll. Limit auf 35 gesetzt und fahre nicht immer damit.

Great app, lots of info made available to speedbox users, and the only way to get truly accurate speeds in miles per hour for us NA and other imperial unit losers. But! It needs landscape mode badly. I use a smartphone grip as the bike display, and it would be awesome if I didn’t have to turn my head 90 degrees to see the app while biking! lol please speedbox!?

But it’s necessary to implement the horizontal at mobile device 
This makes handle the app easier for all users who clip the mobile device at a case mount 
And I think the steps from 5 km/h should be change to 1 km/h

Die km Anzahl vom SpeedBox App zu meinen Patron Bosch Display zeigt nicht korrekt an an meinem Bosch Display sind immer 10 km Unterschied bzw. Zeigt er zu wenig an bei der App immer mehr. Ist doch nicht normal ?!
