I ride a motorcycle and need something to control the volume automatically. This works great! I pair my phone wit my car via bluetooth. By default SpeedEQ has access to all of my music and podcasts. When I start driving the volume increases to drown out the increased road noise. When I slow down the volume decreases so that the music isn't too loud when there are no road noises.
