App opens to a blank screen. Eventually, after tapping enough things, I can get the parts of the app to show, but not other parts. It seems crazy to me the app has lived for months in this state. Hope the devs can work out the bugs. ### 2/5 — Password ughh *2020-11-14, version 1.27* Entered password but keyboard didn’t disappear to allow me to press enter. ### 2/5 — Lagging behind other ordering apps *2020-11-10, version 1.27* Several features that are missing: Order again. The app remembers one thing you ordered, but no other history. So if you have a favorite but add something else, the favorite disappears. Oh, and going to order history doesn’t help. That shows your previous order but won’t let you order again. Frequently locations. If I want to order from one of my regular places, the app forces you to scroll and look for it. How about a flag for favorite locations? Or a search?!? Tipping. The app has a default tip. Nice, but it can’t be set by me. Going in to change it EVERY time is annoying. Overall, needs work. ### 2/5 — No map view; few venues *2017-01-11, version 1.13* There is no map view or way to filter or search by location. Some of the venues listed are 1,000 miles away. I like the concept, but there are no places in North Broward/South Palm Beach and none in Hollywood so there's not much I can do with it. The only thing I order at that restaurant is Guarana Acai Bowl and I always make the same modification: no granola. Your app does not allow for this. А 'notes' section would be great. Also, i am having a hard time authentic with Facebook. ### 5/5 — Quick and easy *2016-04-28, version 1.11* Makes morning coffee or bar tabs so easy. ### 3/5 — Good Concept - Needs Improvement *2016-04-12, version 1.11* This app desperately needs the following improvements: 1) A re-order previous orders function. I get the same coffee from the same venue every morning, but every morning I have to scroll to find the venue, click the venue, click "browse menu", scroll to find the category of my coffee, click the category, scroll to find my item, click my item, and then add each modifier. Would be really great if I could just easily re-order a previous order every morning. 2) There is a flaw where if the venue is out of one of the items you ordered, the entire order is cancelled. Would be better if just the single item was removed from the order or they offered a replacement instead of cancelling the whole order. Other than that, good concept and pick-up is easy and convenient. **Developer response:** Hey there, we've updated to include all of these features! On first open I'm told to enter my phone number, after doing so I'm told to enter my email and password for account verification. I don't have a SpeedETab account so obviously I don't have this information. In any case when I click "forgot password", the app crashes. This happens for the main SpeedETab app and the Northside Social clone. Please fix this issue as your login issues are hurting my local business. ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2019-12-05, version 1.24* App keeps crashing ### 1/5 — What? *2018-11-10, version 1.22* I don’t get this app, I signed up then tried to find a local pizza place, every place it showed was 600 miles away even though I allow it to use my location. This app is poorly written, no place to enter your current location, and apparently the search engine doesn’t work very well. What gives here? I ordered from this particular pizza store from eTab through Safari, no issues! I know it can be done! ### 1/5 — Very disappointing. Use it in emerge americas didn't work *2017-06-14, version 1.16* Use it in emerge americas. In Miami Fl june 12, the idea is good, but in real life it didn't work for me. Sadly the truck didn't have the capacity to deliver all the requests. Ask for refund and the app respond but haven't received the refund yet. ### 1/5 — Coyo taco *2017-04-30, version 1.13* Got pulled out by an app promoter from the line saying it would be quicker and that we would get a discount if we download and order through the app. We sat down ordered and waited... and waited some more.... he brought a beer to the table and said he would bring my margarita right after... I waited and watched everyone that was behind me order and get their food. I finally got up to find him and tell him to please cancel my order. He didn't cancel my order and finally brought me my food and my drink. Awful way to really upset customers just so you can get your job done in "promoting". Oh, and there was no discount that was applied. All in all won't be using this app ever again. ### 1/5 — Crashes a lot! *2017-03-08, version 1.13* I love this app! However, it crashes with new updates every couple of weeks. It is unfortunate because I truly love the concept of picking up my food from my favorite place and not having to wait in line to order. Priceless. Awesome app SpeedETab!!! ### 5/5 — Love SpeedETab! *2017-12-19, version 1.17* I love using this app for my coffee order I the morning. It saves me a ton of time to order and pay ahead. It’s always a seamless experience to get my favorite coffees. (and sometime lunch) We underestimate how much time we waste in line and trying to pay for everyday things. The more time we save from being wasted on logistics is time we can spend with people we care about, and finishing the work we need to get done.
