It was so bad with the loading, no notification pop up. Always need to log in to wait for it to LOAD. Sometimes cannot load. Keep in & out of the app many times. Speedhome but the system not speeding up.

After using it a few months, a lot of tenants decided to cancel appointments last minute and the AI is not helpful at all. I submitted request for SPEEDHOME to manage the viewings and collect the keys from me multiple times but no one reached out to collect the keys from me. I don’t see any success using this service. A lot of unreliable tenants.

The reason that i use speedhome was because they have insurance coverage, so that u feel at peace. But unfortunately, they the one that decide how much they can cover. My tv broken when i rent my unit, and they said the insurance doesn't cover it. At the end they only cover around rm2000++ which is equivalent to the service that i paid them and also my one month rent. Seems like they will capped the refund according to the price u pay for them. That's why i said better to just get the 2 months deposit from the tenant, the foood old fashion way

I’m very urgent, I know its my fault cause I was last minute. But when I text and call everyone is busy, no one is there to assist you. Waited for four hours and still no reply. Texted from the apps and the apps ask me to text their number texted their number but no one response. But when it comes to money they will spam you. Call you, text you. But when you need help and urgent they ignore you.

Rent unit in Main Place for a year, after a year i want to renew the contract and the owner said he increased the rent (by rm400 extra) because he got offered higher rent from agent outside of Speedhome. Reported to Speedhome and nothing has been done. After i move out, I saw the owner post back the same unit in Speedhome with same price (my price). Speedhome doesnt care about the tenant, what is the point paying membership fee? During my tenancy, i requested to change the due date since my new job have a different salary date, nothing been done as well so I have to pay late fees every month. They will just look for you when they want the money, any problem they wont help u. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH SPEEDHOME. Bad owner, bad customer service

Dalam app advertise cakap ready to move in lepas pergi view mintak bayar terus application fee rm500. lepas dah buat bayaran kena hadap bug apps dengan website murah takboleh nak submit documents.

Chat customer service semua AI yang reply and not helping langsung. The booking policy are very unclear. useless apps and service operations. 

Bila tanya balik agent cakap taktahu kena tanya owner balik. Semua benda taktahu kena confirm dengan owner balik. Dalam apps ready to move in December. Bila pergi view postponed 5hb paling cepat. Dah bayar application fee cakap 12hb baru boleh masuk sebab kena buat cleaning dengan wiring balik. LOL apps LOL customer service LOL intructions and policy.

This app scamming my friend , before everything says no deposit required . Nice confirm asked to pay booking deposit . Once placed , owner demand deposits of 2 month !! When decide to cancel ! They giving tons of excuse not to refund the booking deposit . BEWARE OF DISHONEST AGENT AND OWNER ! Till today my friends deposit is not refunded yet .

have been using Speedhome for about three years and have met some very good and responsible landlords through your platform — which I truly appreciate. However, I am very disappointed with the customer service experience.

my chat request for a house viewing was blocked without any clear reason. I also tried to contact your team through WhatsApp, but only received automated AI replies and could not reach any real person. There was no proper follow-up or solution provided.

This makes it very difficult for users like me who are genuinely interested in renting through Speedhome. I really hope your team can improve communication and provide proper support for customers.

My experience with SPEEDHOME was extremely disappointing. I chatted with an agent inside the chat and continued with WhatsApp. He asked me to confirm by sending RM350 booking fees to his personal bank account, which already felt unprofessional.
When I viewed the room, the T&C were totally different from what he told me earlier — especially about overnight guests. At first he said it’s allowed during viewing and he said it’s not again. This is misleading.

Since the terms were not suitable for me, I cancelled and requested a refund, as both the agent and the app stated the booking is refundable. But until now, SPEEDHOME has not followed up or solved the issue.
This caused me stress and wasted my time and money. Very unreliable and not recommended.
