Also seems that after app updates it forgets my login and settings and stops running without notification, only if you go into the app do you see there’s an issue. Speedify allowed me to pay but I’m still getting the free account, which has no more available bandwidth. Now I’ve paid for a year but I cannot use the service at all. Support is terrible so don’t even bother with them. The send you a set of instructions to register your account, but you can’t actually get to it because the app keeps taking you to a purchase screen. This is a bad bug that is scamming people. With the limited information I have I can only suggest you try connecting to a few different Speedify servers and see if the performance improves. Our public servers should be capable of 300Mbps.
