This is the absolute only way I pay. Not only for the perks of getting cheaper per gallon in gas but it’s convenient. We spend prob 1k in fuel atleast monthly. With that being said, I went to Speedy Stop store#1 and I go to use the app to pay like I always do. They know me very well there and I’m informed that there is a new system and they don’t know how to work it. They don’t have no icon no nothing on their screen for the mobile pay or plus pay. And just like another persons review how they’ve had to tell employees how to do the plus bay I literally have had to tell dozens of employees in Victoria where the icon is on the screen, I don’t even know what the screen looks like. I just know about where it’s at, but nobody teaches the employees on how to process these payments. Well now that you have a new system being implemented without any icon, how are we supposed to pay with the mobile app? Are you guys taking away or ending the mobile or plus pay program? If so, I need to know so I can plan on getting my fuel somewhere else. I absolutely love going to Speedy Stop. It’s convenient but you take away the mobile pay. I’m out of here and I spend a lot of money every month at least 1K and that’s just fuel that doesn’t count everything else. ### 3/5 — Pay at pump *2026-01-19, version 25.12.2025090501* I downloaded the app because it was convenient to pay at the pump. I do think it should go straight to the installed SKIP app rather than making me open it from the App Store. Create a new account and reset password still won’t sign me in, in the app. Plus half the times I go to the pump they’re not working and won’t accept payments at the pump. The main and only reason i got it was to get the 10 cent pump discount using the app to pay. Worked great up until a few months ago. Every time since then when i try to use at the pump, it claims that the location is not accepting mobile payments. This is every single time Ive tried to use it since the issue for arose. But they steady advertise for the gas savings using the app. I have tried to email the company customer service to which i have gotten no response to the issue. It also is not a good sign when you try to go inside and use the mobile payment, every person working the register doesnt know how it works or how to chose that for the payment on their screen. They have not been trained in it, at all. One day, i literally had to tell someone how to execute the check out process using the mobile app; and thats with me having no knowledge on how their operating system works nor ever working there myself. I used basic cashier knowledge to assume what they needing to push. Extremely poor and sad that they cant even do they’re job. YO SPEEDY STOP! If you need a trainer to go around and actually train your staff on working the cash register, im available for hire at a price. ### 2/5 — Fix your app *2025-01-10, version 24.18.2024120901* Y’all need to fix this app, fuel up only works like 10% of the time. I pass at least a dozen other stores to get to Speedy Stop and will continue to do so as long as you keep offering the rewards through this app. My family spends between $250-$450 a week here so $5 off my purchase, free coke, free energy drink, free burgers, or even $0.20 off gas helps us out.
