## What is Speigo?

Speigo is the offline-first F-gas logbook for refrigeration and HVAC service companies — built on EU Regulation 517/2014.

Log leak checks and refrigerant on site with no signal. The office generates an audit-ready PDF logbook the moment an inspector asks.

No ads. No tracking. Minimal permissions — camera and photos only. Your compliance records stay yours.

WHO IT'S FOR
Commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC service firms and their field engineers, who must keep per-equipment refrigerant records and leak checks under F-gas rules.

WHAT IT DOES
• Equipment list with live compliance status — see at a glance what is overdue or approaching its leak-check deadline.
• QR scan to open equipment — scan the unit's code on site and go straight to its record.
• CO₂e and deadlines, computed for you — from refrigerant GWP and charge, using real 517/2014 logic (CO₂e bands, leak-check intervals).
• Visit logging — job type, refrigerant added and recovered, leak-check outcome, notes, photos and a real customer signature.
• Works offline — log jobs in a basement, on a roof or in a warehouse with no connection; everything syncs automatically once you are back online.
• Audit PDF logbook — the office side generates a per-equipment F-gas logbook in seconds when a regulator asks.

REGULATION NOTE
Speigo is built on EU Regulation 517/2014. Great Britain runs on the assimilated (post-Brexit) copy of the same rule, so GB engineers will recognise the CO₂e bands and leak-check intervals; Ireland and Northern Ireland follow the EU 2024/573 recast. Same record-keeping duties, one logbook. Speigo works alongside REFCOM, the F-Gas Register or Irish F-gas registration — it does not require membership of any of them.
