Even tho it takes the gold for it. ### 2/5 — Bugs here there and everywhere *2024-05-20, version 1.1.4* Got tried of being asked to rate the game so here’s my review it has potential but is super buggy like the things needed to get a spell slot not counting, no noticeable difference if two fires get put in the same slot, upgrading wand does nothing but slow you down, the ricochet spell being worse than nothing, and upgrades not staying and not going from one level to another I mean turning off the game and coming back to less levels and not having gloves ### 2/5 — Gets worse the farther you get *2024-05-16, version 1.1.4* The first few levels worked fine but the more levels I get through the more broken and buggy it gets. Only negatives is that the ads don’t seem to give the multiplier that you land on and the power portal doesn’t seem to add and power to your spells during play. It’s ridiculous that I every item is behind either an ad after it’s unlocked or a micro transaction. You need to fix this. You can’t just take my money like this. Give me back my 5x multiplier ### 1/5 — Buggy *2024-02-28, version 1.0.6* The gems you break don’t progress the spell slot gate at all, also once you unlocked all spell slots it’s almost impossible to get stronger each upgrade costs so much and the gold you get in later stages are abismal I haven’t even reached the fairy once even with double hands. The crystals you have to shoot are no longer giving me enough to unlock the “extra spell slot” during game play, I no longer get the options to watch ads to upgrade those crystals either, actually I’m not getting ads for anything anymore except the 2X gold amount at the end of each level which is also busted. “Watch an ad and get 1000 gold” I watch the ad and it gives me like 600 gold. I don’t understand why this is common practice for these apps all the sudden. Later levels definitely haven’t been tested properly so much is just broken. Y’all need to test your game more. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Greedy and Manipulative *2024-05-15, version 1.1.4* The mechanics of this game are completely broken most of the time. Many of the choices you are offered actually don’t impact the gameplay. For example, you can choose to shoot at these cylinders to drop feathers/swords for the chance to get another spell slot. At higher levels this mechanic just stops working completely. You can choose to shoot at books to level up your wand during the run, but you collect it even if you don’t physically touch it. You can choose to collect spells during your run, but sometimes you don’t collect them even when going through the gate. You can spend in game currency to level up your wand, but sometimes the meter simply resets without actually progressing. And the bosses are laughable at best. The main goal of the game is making money for the devs. There’s an ad after every single run, and more ads to get boosts. Some of the boosts will offer you the option to watch and ad, but then it will tell you the ad isn’t ready and that you need to pay real money for the offer to work. The potential for a fun game is there, but it’s a cheap piece of trash used to mine your coin and your time. Before you buy it, it says it’s PERMANENT after buying it. I paid $9.99 for it unfortunately, i used it ONCE, then its telling me to buy it again. I have proof that i paid for it today. They will try and pitch selling double shot but in reality it is only double shot for a chapter, it will also sell ad skip tickets but to skip an ad it is 10 tickets. The ad is suppose to double gold but only gives the base gold. Without paying it took me around 36 hours to complete the game and max everything out. ADVERTISEMENTS 3/5: They do have a lot of ways you can buy this or that for a few dollars here. You do have ample opportunities to also watch adds to gain a few perks as well, and finally they only have one pop up add at the end of every completed level. GAME PLAY: 5/5 Unlike other games this one is honest and what you see is what you get. There are nine bosses and once you defeat them all it just starts over with the first one again. SUGGESTIONS: One thing that is off is after fighting all the bosses you start over and there are extra money blocks in the arena where you fight the boss. Also the way you upgrade spells is not balanced very well and for me I only get air and earth spell upgrades and others only seldomly.
