## What is Spell CRM?

Spell CRM is the mobile companion to Spell CRM Pro for authorized sales, service, and construction field teams. Plan the day, manage customer and job site activity, log visits, coordinate tasks, and keep customer activity current without opening a laptop.

DAILY OPERATIONS
• Review visits, calls, tasks, and workday status
• One tap directions, dialer, and user initiated check in
• Workday timer and weekly activity summaries

ACCOUNTS AND PIPELINE
• Search accounts and customer records, including offline cached data
• Open contacts, deals, recent activity, calls, and notes
• Review pipeline progress and customer context

FIELD AND SITE OPERATIONS
• Keep appointments, tasks, contacts, and job site visits together
• Capture notes and photos during user initiated field workflows
• Record a location stamp only while the app is open and the user is actively completing a visit, check in, route, or clock workflow
• Open turn by turn directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps

CALLING
• In app calling through the organization’s configured Twilio service
• Calls appear in the Spell CRM Pro activity log
• Mute, keypad, recent calls, caller context, and duration

OFFLINE FIRST
• Cached accounts and planned work remain available without signal
• User initiated pending changes sync when connectivity returns
• Sync status remains visible to the signed in user

WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
• Organization configured automation can create follow up tasks, send approved communications, and notify assigned users
• Rules configured by authorized administrators also apply to mobile activity

BUILT FOR ORGANIZATIONS
• Organization scoped data and role based access
• Integrates with the Spell CRM Pro web app, help desk, reporting, email, calendar, telephony, and Spella
• Account deletion is available in app

LOCATION PRIVACY
The iOS app requests When In Use location only. It does not declare the location background mode, request Always authorization, or perform persistent background employee tracking.

REQUIREMENTS
Spell CRM is available only to users invited by an organization using Spell CRM Pro. Public self registration is not offered. Contact your organization administrator for access.
