The only issue is some of the features I would like to use are pro mode only, and the in app purchase option appears to no longer be functioning. ### 4/5 — Good Functionality, but too hard on the Sell! *2022-03-07* I like this app as a reference for my spells per day, and it’s great for that, but since I don’t need the app for tracking items and such, I prefer the free version. The free version has a splash page asking if you want to upgrade to the paid subscription version every time you open the app, and even after dismissing that, there is always a line item on the sheet advertising the paid version. I swear, I would happily pay a flat fee to just get rid of the persistent ads. ### 3/5 — Missing lots of classes and races, *2020-08-06, version 4.7.0* No kitsune race or ninja class :( this won’t work for my character at all ### 3/5 — Its good, but mehh *2019-07-18, version 3.0.2* I like the fact that you can see the spells on the phone instead of the book. But at the same it would be great that we could see what does the spell while we are creating the character. For 6,99$ on IOS, its not that worth. They pull content from seemingly everything ever. Complete and up to date. Really the only things I’d change are adding the option to add custom spells and track more things (which I know are currently in development). Other than that it’d be cool if we could choose to pull the spell descriptions from from Archives of Nethys, but this isn’t in any way a dealbreaker for me. ### 5/5 — Great app *2018-10-17, version 2.2.3* I got this app because I’d never played a magic user before and I found it incredibly confusing having to keep track of spellbook spells and casts per day and it all sort of overwhelmed me a little. Safe to say it works beautifully and has made the whole process so much easier. ### 5/5 — Does what I wanted *2018-05-31* Does exactly what I wanted, lets me keep track of spells I have prepared and cast, I hope there is a way to apply meta Magic’s in future, or that there already is and I am blind **Developer response:** As of version 2.2.2, metamagic is now available. I got it to help me with the sheer amount of spells in pathfinder. Seeing all my spells in a neat area is amazing. Although it would be nice if it would have class and racial abilities. But so fat it’s amazing. All the best, Ben ### 5/5 — Great app *2020-11-24, version 4.9.2* This works great. I like that you can access the spell descriptions and that you can add spells from other classes. I am playing a home brew class with acces to sorcerer and Druid spells so this is very useful to me. It would be nice if the spell descriptions were built in instead of linking to the open reference as it would load faster that way. Would love to see support for class abilities and condition tracking as well. ### 5/5 — Sane app for the insanity of mathfinder *2020-08-08* Enjoying this so far. A way to switch out slots without having to re-prepare the entire list would be great! ### 5/5 — A very happy DM. *2020-01-15* I bought this app on whim because being fairly new to Pathfinder, spells were always a hassle with our group and have sucked up a huge part of our sessions. Having all the spells in one place with the specific rules only a click away, is going to streamline things for our group by saving hours of time. The design of the app is simple and very functional. To top it off, after purchasing the app, I had a question to clarify something regarding the premium version and I received a response from the developer almost immediately who was friendly and helpful. Happy to support developers like this! ### 5/5 — Excellent app and customer service *2020-01-01* I’ve tried quite a few spell management apps and this one is, by far, the most complete and easy to use. I’d also like to give high marks to the developer for his customer service. I emailed in June, 2019 asking if the app supported Rings of Wizardry. I received a reply very quickly letting me know that the app didn’t currently support them but it was something they’d look into. 6 months later, the developer sent me a note letting me know that the app now supported Rings of Wizardry! Very impressed with the excellent customer service and I’m really excited to try the new features. Thanks! ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2019-08-22* This app has a very clean UI. It’s easy to use, intuitive for character creation, allows you to create multiple characters, and even multiclass! Also, it has even the most obscure spells! Seriously, there wasn’t a single spell out of the 98 that my wizard currently has that wasn’t already listed. The collapsible spell lists by level are a nice design choice. The app lets you pick your prepared spells for the day, with an option to repeat your spells from the previous day, which is nice. When picking prepared spells (for a wizard) the last spell you pick for each level is your specialized school spell. Once you’ve made all the choices but that last spell, all the spells not in your specialized school disappear from the options section. I actually wish that the specialized spells were in a different section, or that the app would recognize if I already had a spell of that school, thus didn’t need to specifically pick one. Also, I tend to leave a few open slots for quick memorization later in the day, and since you have to pick all your spells to get to the specialized spell, that’s not an option. Not hard to get around, because once you’ve picked all your spells, you can unprepare a spell, thus giving yourself an empty slot, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to hack it.
