## What is Spelling Word Puzzle?

7Letters is a daily word puzzle of finding possible words which minimum 4 letters by using 2 vowels and 5 consonants. Also, "Golden Letter" (yellow one, center of the honeycomb) is required. This Golden Letter can be vowel or consonant. You can use any letter multiple times. In this finding process, you can find patterns of the words listed in alphabetical order. The filled honeycomb symbol represents the Golden Letter, the empty honeycomb symbol represents any of the other letters. Use the hint at the top to help figure it out.

We're also expanding our game portfolio. In addition to 7Letters, our hub features three other games.

PANGRAM
It's a form of Anagram game. Like 7Letters, you have 2 vowels and 5 consonants. Also, "Golden Letter" (yellow one, center of the honeycomb) is required. This Golden Letter can be vowel or consonant. You can use any letter multiple times. In this finding process, you can find patterns of the words listed in alphabetical order. You can write any meaning word. Our database has more than 100,000 words. Also, if a word has all of these 7 letters. That means PANGRAM.

CONNECTION
Connection is a daily word puzzle of finding groups of four items that share something common. 
You are given 16 words and need to create 4 groups of 4 words each. The groups must be composed of words that have something in common. You have 4 chances to succeed.

7WORDS
7Words is a daily word puzzle where you find hidden words related to a given subject in each puzzle. To help you, the game shows how many words you need to find and the number of letters in each word.
You can search for seven words in the daily puzzle or embark on a journey through 180 levels. The journey is fully available offline and becomes progressively more challenging.

There are 4 different games included and all are fun word games. Some are more challenging than I had expected and are a great brain workout. I hope the developer will continue to make more of these!

“Line” icon on Panagram is supposed to show word info- instead just takes you to the same tutorial the question mark does

### 2/5 — Not much progress over the past year(s), still a mediocre app.

I haven’t seen much progress in refining the connections algorithms, still encountering numerous, inane “connections”. 
The “7 Words” part of the app still, after numerous requests to the developer to address the issue, does not work on iOS (not on iPad or iPhone). 
Having paid for the app, I find it very disappointing that little is being done in the way of maintenance and improvements.

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you so much for your detailed feedback. It's great. We're trying to improve our word database, especially in the Pangram game mode. Our database has more than 100k words and as you said, some of them are wrong and same problem in connection words. It's easier than Pangram :) We're struggling a bit in that area. We will improve it. The second one is the easiest because we knew it and fixed it. Our next release will be out in a week. The third one is a good point. We'll work on it and try to include it in the next release. Thanks again and have a nice day.

Incredibly unstable interface

Mostly really enjoy this but it has issues. Example today, in the Panagram section, this had already been completed with words from a previous puzzle that bore no relation to the letters on offer. No ability to reset it and it thought I’d completed it.

What exactly is the aim of the game: guess what the creators had in mind? Call it the mind reading game then! The aim should be to create as many words possble from seven letters, not guess the right words.

In this mode, your goal is to find 20 selected words, similar to a crossword puzzle. You can use hints to assist you. While it may feel like a guessing game at times, the hints are there to guide you. Another mode is Pangram and works differently. Here, you can form as many words as possible using the 7 letters provided. Occasionally, some valid words might not appear in our database, but they’ll be added to the extra word list if they’re meaningful. We’d love to hear more about your experience how do you think we can improve the game? Also, which game mode are you playing? We recommend trying 7Words and Connection for a different challenge! Game doesn’t accept very  many words.  Very limited. Not fun.

**Developer response:** Hello, Thank you so much for your review. The game has 2 different game modes. One of these is 7Letters that we’ve predefined 20 specific words and then you should find that with hints or guess from English words. You're correct, you can write lots of words but you should find only 20 words of them. Sometimes these words can be tricky and obscure. Second game of this is Pangram. You can write whenever you want in English words and the game will match in words that are more than 150,000 words. In this game mode, if a word is not available in our list, you can send us via the feedback screen below settings. Also, we are increasing our game hub. We added 2 more games. One of them is Connection in which you are given 16 words and need to create 4 groups of 4 words each. Last one and new one is 7Words that you find hidden words related to a given subject. We believe you’ll enjoy at least one of them. Could you give us a second chance? :) Thanks again, have a great day!

### 2/5 — I bought-in, the app still needs lots of work but it does look like they’re taking corrective action

It needs a lot of fundamental corrective action. 

I’d like to see-
1. Fix the data bases, here are far too many garbage words (as in nonwords) that show up to often in all puzzles. In connections, some of the groupings are completely wrong. 
2. Fix the bug in Connections where duplicates both disappear when one is correctly selected resulting in there only being three choices for final quartet. 
3. For subscribers - in Connections, when used all four guesses offer a hint option or and option to auto solve.
